Challenge of the Week… March 2, 2015 Let’s DO THIS!! Every day this week, drop down and do 100 push ups. Modified push ups are ok if you do not have upper body or core strength. Otherwise do the straight leg version. By the end of the 7th day you should have complete 700 hundred. If you want to continue to improve your push-ups, you may perform them every other day and be sure to counter with a “pull” exercise (like rows) to make sure you are staying balanced!
