Ron Aigle, the founder of BE FIT JC, brings a global perspective and over 15 years of professional experience to Downtown Jersey City, having been born in Trinidad and educated in London, where he earned a degree in Exercise Physiology from South Bank University. His passion for fitness began at the age of 14 when the gym became a refuge where he discovered his strongest and most confident self, an early connection that evolved into a lifelong career helping professionals, celebrities, artists, and athletes achieve lasting results through a highly individualized approach. Ron’s training philosophy is rooted in science, consistency, and meeting people exactly where they are, physically and mentally, and his commitment to innovation is further reflected in his work as a product designer holding three patents. Driven by a desire to provide deeper impact and a more personal experience, he created BE FIT JC as a state-of-the-art studio to empower women through intentional training, accountability, and support in a non-intimidating space where they can feel challenged and capable of becoming the strongest version of themselves.
