  1. 1/2 mile run
    Start at a gentle pace into cardio
  2. 10 sit-ups
    Quick abs workout
  3. 40 floppy burpees
    Relax your body into the squats
  4. 20 sit-ups
    Deeper abs workout
  5. 30 floppy burpees
    Jump up into more squats
  6. 1/4 mile run
    Shorter length run, keeping up the cardio
  7. 30 sit-ups
    Woo, I know you will feel the burn after this round. Keep going!
  8. 20 floppy burpees
    These can be slow paced
  9. 40 sit-ups
    Now your abs will remember and manage with little effort
  10. 10 floppy burpees
    One more round of these super squat exercises
  11. 1/2 mile run
    Finish the series with a gentle run; remember proper breathing
